I was thinking these would be like .5 an inch, but it's a little less wide. Still good for what I needed.I used this elastic ribbon to make headbands for my daughters Dance/Gymnastic Christmas Recital they were angels and finding a halo that worked and didn't fall off was quite a task however this worked perfectly. It stayed on with ease and caused zero problems, it was just the right color gold and had just enough sparkle. It was the perfect halo for their costumes.
