Great novelty item. Used them as give-aways at the State Judo tournament. My son wanted to give something fun and quirky, but it needed to be reasonably priced since his gift count was 80+! This was a hit. There were tons of blinking lights in the stadium. Collective silliness. And the following year, when my husband introduced himself to a fellow judoka parent, the woman said, "I know your son, he was the one that handed out the blinky headbands. I wanted one of those!" Memorable item. Just a wee bit hard to assemble sometimes, but for the price you cannot expect flawless craftsmanship. Every one of the 90 I ordered lit up. So here I am ordering again for this year. Product: reasonably priced, some blinker strands fell off in assembly, but still worked; a little hard to assemble at times, but could get it done. Shipping: on time, everything arrived in tact.Nice and bright, slight difficulty assembling them, but they didn't fall apart afterwards, so that's a plus. They are stiff and we had trouble keeping them on our heads, but they are a fairly cheap bulk party favor, so I wasn't expecting spectacular quality. You get what you pay for basically, but we only needed them for New Years, so they did the job.I live in Saranac Lake, NY and we have an annual Winter Carnival - this year's theme was "Aliens". So I ordered these for the festivities. They were a big hit and everyone wanted to know where I got them. The lighting on them is really cool, especially at night. The battery held up for the two weekends that I wore it. Kids were especially in awe of them. All in all, they were just what I wanted and would recommend them to others. Great bargain too!Cheap & flimsy, just as I anticipated. It was fun to wear during the Glow Run & sufficed but I wouldn't purchase them again. Can't really recommend them for more than a one time use.My granddaughter seems to be happy with these. For whatever reason, she is into all kinds of "lightup" stuff right now. Should have seen her the night of her birthday!The head band was bent when it arrived but the soft plastic isn't uncomfortable when I wear it. The fiber optic strands fall out one by one, I keep finding them all over the house. Good product for the price, I would buy it again.All of the bands worked for us, we wore them to a local Holiday Illuminations at our Arboretum and the kids and adults loved them. It was much easier than usual to find our family (stragglers) in the dark. What a bargain!I bought this to wear on a fun run we were doing over the holidays at night. It was perfect for that...it stayed on and worked well.9 out of 15 were not working.
